MICHIGAN HISTORIC McCLURE DAM CARE TAKERS CABIN FOR SALE! Part of the waterfall is built into the base of the dam. Water sometimes flows over the cement dam, and there is a stream of water that pours out of a pipe over jagged rocks. Rocky bedrock is found at the bottom of the dam, and water flows from there through chutes to the drop another 75 yards, over the rest of the falls. Located dowmstream are the Upper Dead River Falls and Trestle Falls.
