Outdoor upgrades include rain gutters with leaf guards (installed in 2016), new copper spigot outside, French drain (2019) on side yard, wood fence (installed 2018), beautiful tropical landscaping in back yard including pineapples, resurfaced fiberglass pool, new pool pump (2016), new skimmer (2018). And the best thing of all is that the property is directly located in front of the Pinellas Trail, nearby to fabulous Walsingham Park and a quick 9 minute drive to the beach!
