This is a quiet family neighborhood. Please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged. NO parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed for the home. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived, including washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks in bedrooms.
