Several apartment units and condo available and have been upgraded with newer range, dishwasher, water heater and new utility room flooring, and some fully upgraded interior. Put in an application now to reserve a unit! Tenant pays electric and cable/internet. Rent range $1125-$1250 (depending on upgraded features). We only have limited units that allow pet/animal. All pet friendly units have a pet fee of $35/pet/month with an extra non-refundable pet deposit of $300 on top of regular refundable security deposit that equals to one month rent.

This apartment community provides tenants with excellent indoor living at a great safe location within walking distance to AHS, grocery, pharmacy, post office, bank and Athens transit. Access to bike path is only a short stroll away. Great mix of tenants include working professionals, and some graduate students. 7 to 8-minute drive to O'Bleness and Ohio University campus.
