Cooling and Heating system newly installed in 2020. Recently painted and professionally cleaned. Easy access I 225, University Hospital, Veteran Medical Center. Only 15 minutes the Cherry Creek Mall, about 20 minutes to the DTC and to the City and 25 minutes to the Denver International Airport.

The property had a record number of showings, thank you. We had price reduction twice!; and it was under contract over asking. It came back to market due to to Inspection issues.
