APPRAISERS****this home had outdoor tile through out the entire home with a sand texture which has to be completely removed. Condition was poor and still had builders paint along with things owner had painted on the walls that needs to be removed. Had bad wall paper in poor condition and lenolium in laundry area. The PATIO was small, not the normal 300 sf that most have, it was less than half that and not air conditioned. The appliances and kitchen were all original, this home needs a complete rehab so I priced it to sell. Great location at the end of cul-de-sac, nice open views, roofs will be 7 yrs, newer a/c and microwave as well as some windows and French door going out to patio.
