Lily Pines Ranch is a picturesque property in the NW corner of Desoto County. The property boasts several features and a variety of recreational uses.

Cabin: Completed in 2017, the rustic 380 SF(base) 498 SF(total) cabin comes furnished with most everything you will need. The Mini Split A/C was installed in 2020. Sit at the dining table and watch the wildlife at one of the two feeders.

Cattle: Cross fencing was done in 2022 to facilitate rotational grazing. Material to build cattle pens is on site. The cattle present do not convey with sale, but can be purchased separately.

Hunting: 2 wildlife feeders with hunting stands. Abundant wildlife; deer, turkey, hogs and small game/birds.

Shooting Range: Hone your shooting skills on the range located behind the cabin.

Fishing: The pond adjacent to the cabin has been stocked with tilapia, bream and speckled perch. Just walk up to the pond and they will come swimming, ready for you to throw them some food! This pond has spots up to 15 ft deep.

Shallow Ponds: These Cypress tree lined, long, flat bottom (1 to 3 feet deep) ponds were previously used as a fish farm. During the wet season these ponds are ideal for 4-wheeling. Do you like eating frog legs? Just grab a gig, headlight and bucket!
When dry, the pond beds can be planted with crops; rye, sorghum or other forages for wildlife and cattle.

Health: The dirt excavated from the ponds was used to build a berm that runs around the perimeter of the property. Walking the pine lined berm (approx 3,600 feet long/0.70 mile) is ideal for a leisurely stroll or a brisk walk to get your heart pumping. The sound of the breeze blowing through the pines as you walk is soothing to the soul.

Fruit: Pick delicious wild blackberries and blueberries. Guavas planted behind the cabin.

Water Wells: The property has two deep (160 feet) 5-inch diameter wells. Well permit information available on request.
