A new wood beadboard interior finish was then carefully selected to match the original detailing ensuring that the charm of the space was preserved. Along with the new ducted air-source heat pump system, the space is adorned with high end modern fixtures and finishes. New energy efficient windows and doors were installed enhancing the building's thermal performance while preserving its historic essence.
