This house is set up for extended family groups and is not suitable for rowdy parties. Outside guests are not allowed without prior approval. Unauthorized use of the home will result in immediate removal without a refund and guests will be held liable for any damage. No loud noise is allowed from 9pm-9am. There will be a fine of $500 if the smoking rule was not followed. All outdoor amenities are only available around May 15 through September 1. Pool maintenance is scheduled weekly, Monday and Thursday. Lost keys will incur a $175 penalty fee. An unauthorized early check-in or late check-out will incur a $300 penalty fee.
