HOME BUYING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Paid applications do not hold the property for you and are NON-REFUNDABLE $65 per adult 18+. To hold the property after all applications are submitted, you must place the security deposit with us at our Lakeland office in the form of a money order or cashier's check. Placing a security deposit will take the home off the market for a maximum of 15 days while we process your application. If we are unable to rent to you, the deposit will be returned to you the following business day. Paid applications $65 non-refundable per adult 18+, security deposit, first month's rent, and $285 one-time administration fee. Pet fees are per pet as follows: $20/$15 non-refundable pet application, $200 non-refundable pet fee, monthly pet rent of $25-$45 based upon animal's size and paid in full renters’ insurance with pet liability for the full lease term. If moving from out of state, please call about special requirements. Renters insurance is required for all rentals.
