If you’re seeking something cozy, consider our spacious one-bedroom layouts! If that feels too snug, we also have two-bedroom options available (Psst—if you work from home, be sure to inquire about units that include a den!). Relocating with family or planning to share with a roommate? We have several two & three-bedroom layouts to choose from as well. Each unit features a complete suite of stainless steel appliances and top of the line washer/dryer, including quartz countertops and solid wood cabinetry—no laminate here! Additionally, we offer select floor plans with deck and patio options. Amenities such as the gym, game room, theater and lounge are all free-access to residents!

For the less exciting things, here’s a list of what you need to know before moving in:

Application fee: $50 (per adult applicant)
Non-refundable admin fee: $200 (one-time fee paid at signing)
Security deposit: $500 (refundable upon move-out with a minimum 6-month stay) Deposit may vary based on credit.
Non-refundable pet fee: $500 (no pet rent)
6-12 month leases available, with month-to-month options at a premium
Renter's insurance is required at move-in
Utility fee: $50/$65/$75 (covers water, sewer, and garbage)
Tenants set up electricity & internet/cable
Prorated move-in costs with no hidden fees
