All door handles were replaced with lever Delta locksets. Everything works, nothing is broken or needs replacement.
Exiting the front porch, there is the view of Lake Weir, and the condominium’s 500 foot shore line. The water’s edge is less than a hundred feet away. The beauty takes your breath away. This part of the lake is Sunset Harbor, as the sun sets to your left. Your boat could be moored on the condo dock, just to the west, secured to a boat lift a few feet off shore, or just beached at the shore line, in front of the condo unit. Boat trailer storage is in a secure area adjacent to the tennis courts. The association has about nine acres on the southwest shore of Lake Weir, in the area known as Sunset Harbor. It was an orange grove. The farm house is now the club house, located with the private 40’ x 20’ pool on the hillside overlooking the association boat dock. Residents regularly fish for the many large, hungry bluegills in
the waters around the dock.
