We are looking to sign a one-year lease, although longer terms may be possible. The tenant will be required to provide first-month rent, last month rent, and a one-month security deposit upon signing the lease. The apartment is non-smoking, aside from the balcony area. Vaping is allowed. The apartment does not allow pets unless the owner and tenant speak and agree over type/size and potentially additional security deposit.
