When you own this home, you own one of the few "High Style Victorian or Queen Anne" homes noted in the Historical and Architectural Survey of Conway. The home, known as the Jenkins House, was constructed in 1909 and features a corner tower detailed with shingles and steeply pitched rooflines. The home was moved from its original site across the street in 1998 where it was remodeled with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. It also had electrical and plumbing upgrades. The exterior is cypress and has been maintained to protect the historic look of the home. The roof was replaced in 2019. The home is on almost a half acre in the heart of historic Conway. It's a quick drive or walk to the Conway Riverwalk, Theatre of the Republic, shopping and dining. You enter through a grand foyer and immediately know you've stepped into a home that is not only a showplace, but also a cozy home.
