The kitchen has quality deep cherry wood finished cabinetry and a mauve designer stone floor. I mentioned that there was a third closet option and that's in the kitchen. The kitchen has an additional storage area that easily converts to a third closet. The windowed BATHROOM is solid with a contemporary fixtures including a large bathtub . The renter pays the heat and hot water . The owner is paying part of the rental commission so its reduced ! Pets are always allowed but on approval . One trained dog is fine as long as its friendly . We think this is a very attractive rental so let us arrange a visit soon.
