Are you an existing ULL student or a high school senior planning to attend ULL in the fall? We have a 1600 square foot townhouse that will be available for rent in November of 2024. The unit was built in 2008 and is located close to the ULL campus. The unit has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a common living area, kitchen, loft, and small fenced in patio. Covered parking is available for two cars with additional space to park two more cars just outside of the covered area. The unit is fully furnished and has a washer and dryer in addition to the standard kitchen appliances. All bedrooms have separate locks for privacy and security.

We are looking for 3 tenants, preferably current or future ULL students/friends, to lease the townhouse. The minimum lease term is one year and a separate lease will be required for each tenant. In addition, the parents will have to sign a guaranty on the lease.

The advantages of this townhouse over some of the larger apartment complexes or the college dormitories include:

•Proximity to campus – one block from Johnston Street and one mile from ULL.
•Covered parking – protect your vehicle investment.
•Quiet – avoid the party environment that exists in apartment complexes where over 800 students live.
•Friends – you choose friends you know and trust.
•Individual bedrooms – enjoy privacy that you don’t get in a dorm with each bedroom having an individual entry key
•Electricity, water, sewer, and garbage service – included in rent
•Completely furnished, including all appliances - You only have to provide a TV for the bedroom, if desired.
•Ready to move in - No utility deposits, connection fees, or hassle of connection scheduling.

The lease amount is $585 per month per tenant and this covers a basic utility allowance. There is a $435 security deposit and a $150 restoration/cleaning fee that is due at the time of the signing of the lease. The restoration/cleaning fee is non-refundable. The security deposit is refundable upon lease termination provided there are no damages.

We don’t allow pets or smoking and expect the tenants to do the normal stuff like keeping the townhouse clean, changing the air filter every month, and taking out the garbage on a regular basis. Tenants must pay for pest control services/costs.
