Unauthorized parties may result in prosecution for criminal trespass under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. Smoking and lighting anything indoors is prohibited and may incur a $300 cleaning fee. A $170 re-keying fee applies for unreturned keys. Deep cleaning fees may apply for excessive waste or disorder, and stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. Security fees may be billed if incurred due to behavior at the property, with a minimum fee of $150.
