Well maintained LAKEVIEW home with a very limited view in the Summer, but good view in the winter. The summer view could be better with some tree trimming. Walk in crawl space that seller has insulated and made into a work space/shop area. Lots of storage. There is green space between the neighbor that has been made into a sitting area with a fire pit. Home has too much to list, but come take a look for yourself. If you need a slip Cape Fair Marina is just 10 min away you can lease one there or just put in.
