This is our Fernandina Plan featuring a large master bedroom, off white cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms, granite countertops, 8 foot doors, and a sprinkler system with sod in front and side yard. (Must be included in Special Stips) 1.Closing date is subject to change due to plan changes, change orders, upgrades, inclement weather, material delays & etc. 2. Buyer acknowledges that all selections have been made for the home and cannot be changed by the buyer, but are subject to change by seller due to material shortages. 3. Due to regulations on the builder's insurance and for the safety and security of all parties involved, the buyer agrees that all visits to the home need to be scheduled through their agent and should be coordinated around the subcontractors that are working in the home. 4. Buyer agrees to do 1 final walk through and punch list 7days prior to closing. The buyer also agrees that they can come back 1-2 days before closing to make sure that all items have been completed. Additional cosmetic touch-ups will not be made past the final walkthrough and will not be covered by the builder's warranty after closing.
