Spacious 2-bedroom unit on first floor. Showing to qualified applicants only. If interested, each adult (18yr+) occupant must complete an application, credit check, provide two months of most recent consecutive paystubs, and copy of ID. Employer and current landlord must be contacted for confirmation. To be considered, applicants must be employed at the same job for at least one year. Per Landlord: No smoking. No surround sound/excessive speaker noise. No wall mount TV’s or any other wall hanging that result in puncture marks in the walls, trim, or doors. Use removable “Command” strips only. No space heaters. Basement is off limits; nothing is to be stored in the basement. Access is limited to the electrical panel in case tenant needs to reset a circuit breaker. Pet will be considered, must be friendly and approachable. Landlord requests meeting said pet. All pet requests/changes must be approved by the landlord. Aggressive pets not allowed.
Landlord pays water and sewer bills. No pools and no washing vehicles; water use above standard charges will be invoiced at 50% of excess use (billed quarterly). Landlord is responsible for cutting grass during the summer months and maintain the furnace (including replacing filters). Tenant is responsible for minor repairs under $150. Two tenant-owned vehicles are permitted in off-street parking area (off Smith St); passenger autos only - - no trucks or commercial vehicles. Visitors must use street parking only.
