Any disturbance that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
