No parties or events are allowed. The fireplace is gas-operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The house is exclusively yours during your stay, with self-check-in available. We offer plenty of body towels, but pool towels are not provided. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
The living room is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
