No transfer to any Trust shall be permitted unless:1) The Trustee (and all Successor Trustees) is an individual lot owner or the spouse or child of a lot owner; 2) the sole trust beneficiary(s) entitled to reside on the property are the spouse or child(ren) of the Trustee; and 3) the Trustee and Successor Trustees acknowledge, in writing, the transfer and use restrictions applicable to the property.
