Smoking or vaping in the home or on the decks is prohibited, and an additional charge will be applied if any butts are found on the property. Exterior lights should be turned off at night to preserve the beauty of the dark skies. Drive slowly in the neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. Recreating in the pond is prohibited. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Do not burn candles or incense in the home. No fireworks are allowed on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to leaving garbage in the house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine applies for smoking, vaping, or marijuana use in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
