Any damage beyond wear and tear will result in deductions from your security deposit. We are a non smoking building. The City of Santa Monica prohibits smoking within 20 feet of any building. Pet deposit is $500. Credit score of 650 is preferred, but negotiable. Tenant pays for gas and electricity.
