When you drive by this home, you might look from the road and think, That's pretty small for the neighborhood... After all, that's what the current owners thought when they first looked at it. But then they went inside and were blown away by how expansive it was. And once they moved in, they noticed a lot of little things that weren't even apparent when they fell in love with it during the buying process: the central vacuum, which makes cleaning a snap. The integrated trash can/recycle bin in the kitchen, which keeps both from being outside or where guests can see them. The sheer number of outlets in the house--130, according to the inspector--including floor outlets in the living room and office, and multiple outlets and cable jacks in the bedrooms which makes furniture placement wide-open. The walls in the master bedroom (you'll understand when you tour the home). The ample storage--no basement, but tons of space, including double closets in both the extra downstairs bedrooms. The fact that all three of the schools--elementary, middle and high school--are less than five minutes away. Of course, this doesn't even take into account all the features that made the house stand out during their search--all the things you'd expect to find in a house in this price range, but done in such a way that promotes family togetherness and individual room to roam at the same time. And we haven't even mentioned the outdoor space, where the deck, pool, and back yard create a feel that's much more rural than its suburban setting. Time to stop our description though...if we tell you everything, you won't have any surprises when you come to look!
