This home has great bones and a great location to get in and out quickly to shopping and to major thorough fares. It backs to a forested greenbelt. Built in the 70's when land was much cheaper allowed the developer to include a ton of open space and some ponds through out the community. The hickory cabinets and granite tops were installed about 10 years ago. The Anderson slider door was installed a few years ago. The bedrooms are large along with their closets. There is a lot of interior and exterior living space for easy Colorado living The towering trees in the open space give cooling shade along with the huge cover over the deck. For the garden level basement to be considered "finished" it needs just carpet or your favorite flooring to really enjoy the wood-burning stove. The furnace is about 12 years old too.
