The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. We provide a starter kit of supplies, but bath towels and washcloths are not provided. Smoking is not allowed indoors and may result in a fine of $300. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as we are located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice; this will generate an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. A damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to items within the property, provided that any incidents are reported promptly. However, it does not cover intentional damage, rental policy violations, excessive damage exceeding $300, automobile damage, personal items, or unreported damage. Additional charges apply for lost FOB/access cards and replacement for lost parking tags. A fine of $300 applies for hosting unauthorized gatherings.
