Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. The pool is not available for this season. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, including body soap, towels, shampoo, garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels, but washcloths are not provided. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All members staying must be registered by providing a photo ID on the same day as check-in. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. A late check-out will incur an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Lost linens or apartment keys will incur an additional cost. A damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to items within the property if reported promptly. A fine of $300 applies for smoking inside or hosting unauthorized gatherings. Replacement fees for lost FOB/access cards and parking tags are $250 and $200–$300, respectively.
