Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. A security camera is installed on the exterior of the home to record people coming in and out for safety. No smoking is allowed inside the property, and a $250 fee per day will be charged if caught smoking. No parties are allowed, and a zero-tolerance policy is enforced with potential eviction for noise violations. Lost door keys or remote fobs will incur a $150 replacement fee. All persons staying overnight must be accounted for on your guest list. Violations of house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refunds. Packages are not allowed to be ordered to this location for privacy reasons, with exceptions for long-term stays upon inquiry.
