The roof was rebuilt in 2014, insulated, vented and at the same time, the attic was finished for even more living space. There is hardwood flooring in the living room, dining room, and upstairs. The kitchen was completely renovated with Italian tile counter tops, new sink, faucet, the cabinets stripped, refinished and doors replaced with beveled glass. There is also a dining area adjacent to the kitchen with patio door access to the new, paved patio and BBQ pit. Both bathrooms have been updated and the second floor bath has a new double sink. The main bedroom is very spacious and offers wonderful views of the Hancock hillside including Mont Ripley. On the main floor there is a large, windowed family room that overlooks the deck and private part of the yard. It could also be used for other purposes. The living room and kitchen floors a a bit scratched up so, the seller will give a $1,000 flooring concession with an acceptable offer. The heating system has been well maintained and all piping has been replaced with copper or PEX tubing. Some windows have been replaced with double pane glass.
