About Midtown Apartments
Located less than 1/2 mile from the main campuses of both Christus Mother Frances and UT Health Tyler. We are a very short 1.5-mile commute to Tyler Junior College and less than 4 miles from UT Tyler. Downtown Tyler is a 1.5-mile Uber ride away, and most major employers are less than a 10-minute commute. We take pride in offering a clean, non-smoking, beautifully landscaped, quiet, and peaceful environment. Each of our 36 residences offer front-door parking, hard-surface flooring, large walk-in closets, spacious bathrooms, full-size appliances, granite countertops, a pantry, and a separate living/dining area. At Midtown Apartments, all bills are paid. Electricity, gas, water, trash, and cable/internet are all included in your rental rate. All you have to do is move in, no hassling with utility companies! We also provide a clean, residents-only laundry center on-site for your added convenience, and a nice clean outside area for your dogs. The Midtown Apartments offers both long-term and short-term (month-to-month) leasing options. You tell us what you need, and we'll do our best to accommodate you! We offer 25 one-bedroom units, eight two-bedroom units, and three 1.5-bedroom units (the 0.5 would make a good study or nursery). All units have one bathroom with vanity, tub/shower combo and toilet.
