Hi, I'm 1127 Lampwick Lane and I'm looking for a new owner. I've had two owners so far and they've both loved me and taken care of me. As you can see, I have a fourth bedroom which also could be used as a recreational room, office or a family room. The last family who lived here had four children and they spent many hours having fun in that room. Speaking of fun, I have a great backyard with a pretty fence that backs up to the woods. My family used to have parties on the screened in porch and the children all played in the yard. My owners painted me, gave me a new dishwasher and changed all of my lighting fixtures this year. My HVAC system was also replaced in 2017 so I keep everyone toasty warm in the winter and cool in the summer. My neighborhood is very quiet and all of the people talk to each other. You'll see them taking walks a lot. We have a lake across the street so we have ducks, geese, swans and a lot of birds. We also have a pool which will be opening soon. We have many activities throughout the year and Murrells Inlet has great restaurants and shopping. I hope you will think about buying me.
