Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. An early arrival or late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee if the home does not have another guest's arrival or departure scheduled. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in or near the property, with a minimum fine of $500 for violations. Pets are not permitted, and if discovered, there is an automatic charge of $450 for cleaning, and guests will be asked to leave the home, forfeiting their stay and any payments made.
