Off the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with essential bakeware and tableware for your convenience. The dining room features a table with seating for six and access to the back patio. The main level also includes a full bathroom with a stand-up shower and a laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second has a king bed, and the third has two full-size beds and a futon. Outside, a charcoal grill, table, and chairs are available for use. Garage access is not available.
We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. A non-refundable pet fee is required for all pets. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
This home is in a great location to experience all Mobile has to offer. Minutes away from many great restaurants and parks, and just five minutes from downtown, you'll have easy access to the city's attractions. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged.
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Guests must be 21 years of age to book. We offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code, with the code provided upon check-in.
