All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana, or vaping are allowed. Security cameras monitor the property's exterior for protection. TV is for streaming with your own login, no network channels. Respect the residential area and noise ordinance between 10 PM and 8 AM, as violations may result in police visits and immediate eviction.
