Nice, large kitchen area with pantry and generous eating area. Side by side refrigerator stays as does full sized washer and dryer in the separate laundry rm. Dishwasher doesn't work. Garbage disposal is sitting under sink but not installed. Master bedroom bath has been gutted to studs and needs to be redone though some of the parts are at the house. Septic system doesn't work as aerobic tanks are cracked. The water well is 4 years old. HWT is brand new. Needs new carpet and some molding/trim work in spots. But all this has been factored into price. Comparable houses/acreages in this area fixed up selling around $80K.
