Shipwatch is an all-ages tennis and yacht condo community on the Intracoastal Waterway in Largo. While all the units are well laid out, this is probably the most beautiful you will ever see. In 2006, the current owners had the ENTIRE unit totally remodeled. The results are just stunning. The details are amazing! From the custom kitchen with its solid surface countertops to the deck, this place is fabulous. Crown molding, matching tile throughout, tasteful muted colors, closet doors that match the cabinetry, an office/bedroom with a hidden Murphy bed, interior washer/dryer closet, single car detached garage with drop-down aluminum folding steps,large wooden deck with gorgeous moonset and sunset views, ground floor, corner unit, gate from deck that leads to the tennis courts right next door. The porch, though screened has been enclosed with glass sliding doors that, when closed, allow the use of the extra room during all seasons. All the windows have been replaced with double hung, energy efficient dual pane glass windows. The entry is landscaped (the potted plants do not convey) and the deck has a hot tub all its own. The two deck umbrellas are mounted onto the deck and when open, shade most of the porch in the afternoon. Shipwatch boasts two pools, one heated, two clubhouses, numerous tennis courts and its own marina that exits to the Intracoastal and then to the Gulf. There is literally nothing to do except move in, it’s all already been done for you. I’d tell you more but I’ve used my limit!
