THE REQUIREMENTS: All potential tenants must fill out an application including standard fee and must submit to a background check and credit check via secure online portal (one per tenant over age 18). Tenant must provide proof of income equal to 2.5x the monthly rent or more. 12-month lease preferred. Security deposit ($3000) is due at the time of lease signing. First month's rent due at the time of move-in. Tenants must show proof of active renter's insurance policy covering all tenants no later than the time of move-in and are expected to hold this insurance for the entire lease period.
