The apartment is very clean and well maintained. There is a washer and dryer in the building. The house sits on a quiet, woodsy street a five minute walk to Collegetown. Six Mile gorge runs behind the house, and there is a foot bridge that leads to the Wildflower Preserve and the Reservoir next to the house. The house is cool in the summer/warm in the winter. Each apartment has its own thermostat and controls its heat. There is free off-street parking next to the house. We are very flexible , available, and willing to help tenants.
