This home has good bones, is great looking, is brick, has 3000 square feet, has original hardwoods and is on the golf course. 2 car garage with large FROG (finished room above garage) upstairs. All 4 bedrooms are good sized and are located upstairs. Very large lot at .55 acres. Wonderful neighborhood with a strong sense of community. The owners understand there is a drainage easement with underground pipe on the left side of the property line and a 45-foot drainage easement between the rear property line and golf course but does not have a survey. Please ask your Realtor and view the seller's disclosure before scheduling and appointment. This home is being sold 'as is' with no repairs made by the seller. Feel free to complete all inspections, but there will be no price reductions afterwards. There can be no clear CL100 due to some wood rot. Home is under a termite bond with Terminix and was just re-inspected. The home had a moisture barrier and dehumidifier installed in 2011 and has a transferable service contract. Roof is older but has no known issues, HVAC is older but seems to work fine, master shower needs to be re-tiled.
