Pets are welcome with a $120 per stay pet fee per pet, capped to be paid prior to your stay. There is a maximum of either one large animal 50-75 lbs or two small animals under 40 lbs. All pets must be kenneled and house trained, leashed at all times if outside the home, and kept off all furniture, bedding, and off sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid.
All homes are equipped with Smart TVs and all streaming services are bring your own login (BYOL). Some TVs may have the streaming service already logged in but login credentials for any streaming services are not provided. To help you settle in, a starter pack of essentials including trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar is provided.
