There is a covered patio area with a ceiling fan, off the kitchen eating area that overlooks the large backyard. Tenant is responsible for the utilities and yardcare, the yard is approx. 1 acre. There is an exterior storage building that is available for a tenants use "As Is Only" and "At Their Own Risk Only". No additional charge is applied because of the storage building, but if it ever became damaged or destroyed, it would not be repaired or replaced, and there would be no discount in the rent if it were ever not usable. No commercial vehicles or large trucks permitted, residential passenger vehicles only. Utilities and Yardcare are the tenants responsibility.
