The roof is only two years old as well as the seamless gutters with caps to keep them clean. All mechanicals have been properly serviced over the years. Also included are three portable air conditioning units. Generator included in case of any electrical outage! Furnace is approximately 20 years old but only 10 years of use, as the owners had used an outdoor wood fired furnace for 10 years. Outdoor furnace is no longer there.
