North Beach offers a measure of privacy but is a short drive or walk to Surf City shopping and restaurants, miniature golf. This home belongs to a very basic and minimally restrictive home owners association that provides private access to the bay and deeded private access to the ocean. There is also the option of boat slips for a very modest additional fee when they are available (there is a waiting list presently). Boat slips are limited to boats of 22’ or less. There is also a private boat ramp where boats and jet skis can be launched. The association pay’s for maintenance, repair and improvements of the beach lane, dock, and boat ramp out of the respective fees (currently $300/yr for property and $300/yr for boat slip if you opt for one).
