All lighting and hardware throughout the home was replaced. Floor Coverings of Tile, Stone, Polished Flagstone and Carpeting. Heating via a heat pump and gas forced air furnace with accompanying refrigeration cooling condensers. The out door hot-tub and storage shed convey. Aerobic septic system. Master suite added 2009 with stunning views, two walk in closets, Hickory cabinets, granite, travertine, Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The dining room upper South facing windows and the West facing windows in the master all have minimum UV art film coverings to prevent art from sun fade. These are the only windows that transmit direct sunlight on the house art work. Current owners have never kept any pets inside.
