There will never be enough words to describe how incredibly amazing Sheila Edner is! We have worked with Sheila to sell 2 houses and buy 2 houses and I can honestly say that we would not be where we are today without her guidance, wisdom, expertise, drive, and solution-focused problem solving skills! We found our forever home in a time that finding and buying a house within our budget and scope in this area is so challenging! We are not a wealthy family with cash to purchase a home and Sheila was the one who helped us work through all of the road blocks and tricky maneuvering that comes with making this kind of purchase work- she connected us to the right people and kept us updated on the process every step of the way! Other than having our kids, buying this house has been the biggest transition of our lives and we are so grateful that Sheila Edner was our Realtor, we wouldn't have had it any other way! Sheila was absolutely wonderful to work with. The hubby and I had limited availability since we live 3.5 hours away, but Sheila was easy to communicate with and flexible with her time. When she had an unfortunate family emergency, she proactively connected us with a colleague to view some homes (who was also very lovely to work with). She was always very engaged with every home we surveyed, and gave us lots of really good insight on the Tahoe area.
There was never any pressure to make a hasty offer on any home. She was always patient while we waited for that perfect home to come on the market.
Sheila shined even more after we went into contract. She emailed and texted on a regular basis. She coordinated with the loan and escrow officers to get the house to close in a timely manner, even though the other RE agent was elusive a few times (almost verging on incompetent). We would have been an anxious mess if it wasn’t for Sheila. We were very lucky to have had her in our corner.
