I am looking to begin renting a room in a 4bdr 2ba house. The house sits on two acres, encompassing forest, gardens, and frontage on 'Little River'.

I bought the house at the start of this year and have been steadily remodeling and furnishing it. I am now hoping to find someone interested in sharing the space, who is open to socializing on occasion.

I am a PhD student in my early 30s, passionate about art, sports, nature, local food, and home improvement projects. I'm often out of the house during the day but happy to be a friend when at home.

The situation is, perhaps, most ideal for a student at ECSU (15 min away) or UCONN (25 min away) or someone active in some other capacity.

Room can come furnished or non-furnished.

Flexible on move-in date and length of lease.

Will ask for a deposit and reasonable contribution towards utilities.
