Additionally, the renovation included reconstruction of the entire first floor and finished basement per original architectural elements details. All electrical, plumbing, hvac systems as well as all underground utilities including main water service, sewer, gas lines were replaced also at that time. Ceiling cove molding, two-piece wall bases, and 2 piece window/door casings with back bands fitted to solid oak sills with aprons. Doors are stained varnished solid oak and two panel craftsman design. Kitchen & butler pantry cabinetry is Woodland solid cherry with dovetail soft close drawers. All counter tops throughout are solid 1.25 inch granite with bullnose edge detail with full granite backsplash in both kitchen and butler pantry. Kitchen has Wolf oven, cooktop, and range hood. Other appliances are KitchenAid /Meile. The floors throughout home are solid red oak except kitchen & baths which have custom tile. All plumbing fixtures are either ceramic valve Danze or Grohe. Outdoors are mature landscapes, beautiful 80 year old blooming magnolias in front can be enjoyed while relaxing on the front porch. Backyard area includes a Koi pond with waterfall, elevated fire pit circle, with Uni-lock permeable paver hardscape driveway, patio and path. Full underground drain piping for all downspouts and hardscape paver system. Two car garage with second floor. Interior is restored exposed masonry with tongue groove car siding ceiling, 12 can lights, ceiling fan and 45,000 btu gas heater. Unique bi-fold doors. 50 foot rear drive off alley behind garage with RV services hookup thru a 32 ft bi-fold gate. Exterior lights are handmade copper Arroyo Mission style fixtures. The finished basement is like a visit to the north woods. Walls have stained varnished car siding panels with cap, a wood burning REAL stone boulder fireplace with Regency heater insert, a full bath and wet bar. Boiler replaced in 2023 with Laars high efficiency model. Air conditioning was accomplished by integrating a Space-Pak compressor system via high velocity ducting.
