Lower level is a walk out with sliders to a patio and many in this complex use it as a master suite.
Furnace with humidifier and air conditioner were both new in 2013, water heater 2013, garage door 2014, thermostat 2013. This unit is very economical. See attached utility records. Lower level sliders were new in 2012. Upper level sliders are Andersen. All ceilings painted in 2016 except basement. THE ONLY DOGS ALLOWED ARE SERVICE DOGS. Cats are allowed. (2 per unit.)
